Very quick to respond and dedicated to whatever is necessary for your peace of mind in the home-buying process. In today's market, with so many older homes and hurricane damage, Tim helped me find a gem with no immediate repairs or upgrades necessary right in my price range. Without him, I would have been left to the wolves. I recommend you find a realtor (Tim Steves) to help find the perfect home for you.
