Tim Steeves was amazing in helping with the purchase of our home. He made sure that we found the right fit for us. He showed us all the properties we had an interest in and even provided us with suggestions of places to look at. Tim was very dedicated to helping us find our home. I would highly recommend using Tim Steeves to anyone in need of a realtor.I was a first time home buyer and Tim went above and beyond helping pick the right place in the right area at the right price. His availability was great as I work a regular 9-5 job he was always more than happy to meet after work or on Saturdays. He was aggressive in negotiations with sellers and got me a price in which we both believed to be fair down from a price that wasn't. When it’s time for me to get my next place he will be my first call.
