I give Tim Steeves the highest rating possible. He is a true pleasure to work with; very personable as well as extremely knowledgeable. Tim made himself available at all times and worked tirelessly on our behalf. I would highly recommend Tim to our friends or anyone else looking to purchase a house in Florida. Tim Steeves is a consummate professional.
